I have a problem with my plasma TV model ps-42q7hd. Is stuck in a black screen with bb1 across the top with no aerial connection. I have tried to access the dmenu to reset but not responding at all. Volume etc working but its stuck in this screen. I have left it with power lead disconnected overnight and nothing.. Any ideas please

@Jacqui15: Can you double check to make sure that your aerial is connected securely to the back of the TV? If it is, Can you press the Source button on your remote to ensure that you are on the correct source (for aerial connections, select 'TV'). If so, are you able to send us a picture of the TV with the error message on screen, so we can get a better understanding of the issue?
