picture size won’t enlarge on tv

when i watch netflix movies

why is the picture shrunk by 6 inch top and bottom of the TV screen 

i’ve tried zoom and tried also the picture mode setting

does not change the picture size 

how can i change the ratio it’s only on netflix 

it’s so annoying with a dark panel above and below the film  no point in having a 65inch more like watching a  55 inch how do i rectify this problem

it will be in the netflix settings nothing to do with samsung

I contacted netflix about the two bars shorting the picture viewing to be told there is nothing i can do because any changes would distort the viewing picture quality 😔

i also looked into changing the picture ratio size in my tv picture settings 

very strange when i tried the fit to screen the message is this function is in available ! 

the picture  is only shrinking in certain viewing programmes 

all the time in netflix which is totally disappointing as i want to watch on my 65inch screen.
