Picture jumping on UE50NU7400

Hi,

I am experiencing an intermittent issue with my UE50NU7400. The picture jumps up and down and flickers. This happens regardless of the source (satellite TV / Digital / Smart TV) and is getting worse.

I have reset the TV. Checked and reconnected all the wires and it still persists.

Anyone else seen this before?

sounds silly but if your using HDMI try switching it

Unfortunately this does not work. I have tried changing them around etc. But it happens regardless of input (HDMI1/2/3, Digital tv, Netflix from smart hub etc). 😞

it may be the HDMI its self try buying a new 1?

It is doing it on the onscreen menus as well, or with all inputs disconnected. Samsung have now collected the tv and it will need an entirely new panel apparently!

***** if it aint under warranty. id look into buying a brand new TV as replacing the panel can be pretty expensive. Good luck buddy.

Mine dose this while watching in app tv so it can't be hdmi as its not in use

I have exactly the same model and exactly the same problem. I know this is a very old post, so not expecting a reply, but I'd love to know the outcome? I've got an engineer coming on Monday...
