Picture is not stable

Hi,
I have a problem with my new NVidia Shield TV Pro and my TV.
I connect it to my Samsung TV (65QN95A) but the picture is not stable.
I do not understand why but many times each minute the picture become black and few seconds after is back and again and again.
Please could you help me.

Thanks for your advices.

I tried with other cables and different hdmi port : i still have the problem with the nvidia shield (many times by minute the screen become black and return to normal after 5 seconds).

There are no problem with other devices like nintendo switch or a computer.

The nvidia shield work fine on my computer screen.

I am sure sure but may be it is a problem of compatibility between the tv and the nvidia shield.

Any opinion ?

Same happens to me, on same TV 2 different PCs both have NVIDIA on the same TV different HDMI.  One is a desktop and the other is an HP laptop Z.  The desktop has a second TV an AMAZON TV, which remains well while the other goes black.
