We have a QE43Q60R, its about 4 months old and aprt from an issue in which it wont save Iplayer log in details its been fine till about a week back. It has developed a intermitant fault with the picture, sometimes when you change channel, or switch back from Netflix, Ipayer or any other of the smart channel apps the TV picture changes quality completley, its very dark, almost like a colour negative, and the only way to correct it is to hold the on switch on the remote for the TV to completley reboot, and if this fails switch the power off at the plug, for a few secs and back on. Its not an ariel issue as the Humax PVR works fine. Any suggestions as to what the problem is. Its under warranty, but if its something simple that could be sorted before calling Richersounds that would be worth trying first. Before this the TV was stable and picture fine. I havent tried a reset, as its a real pain setting up, took me absolutley ages to get it sorted when we first bought it, so many settings to fiddle with. Any advice appreciated..Thanks
