Photos pixelate and reverse colours on FRAME TV

2019 Edition Frame TV in Art mode, will sometimes washout/distort the photo to be the complimentary colours of that photo in a pixilated format.  Navigating to the home screen and back will reset it. However, it's ongoing and the TV won't go into sleep mode when this occurs. Anyone else having this issue?

Hi. I'm having the same issue. It's sporadic but at least a couple times in last month. Any update or fix to this?

Same here. But recently it seems to occur more often. Anybody know a fix for it?
