Password Reset does not work NU / 7 Series Smart TV HELP PLEASE, support does not call back

My password is not 0000  but i have never changed which is odd. 

 

anyway I have tried , tv on standby , then , mute > 8 > 2 > 4

does not work, tv turn on when i hit 2 

I'm really sick of this TV, Samsung has installed a ton of APPs I do NOT  want, and as a result it has very little memory left.

@SimonB_in_UK: Can you try heading to Settings > General > System Manager > Change PIN, and try entering '1234' or '1111'. If you'd like to reset the PIN, please press the following buttons in sequence, with your TV turned on. 

Smart Remote: Select VOL button > Volume Up > Return (backward facing arrow) > Volume Down > Return > Volume Up > Return

Standard Remote: Mute > Volume Up > Return > Volume Down > Return > Volume Up > Return
