The QLED works great with some content (clear dark and bright zones) and not so good with other content (most shades of grey). Sometimes if the scene in a movie is quite dark, the entire screen might be black.
Is Samsung doing anything to fix this? Can't they make a firmware update with a new picture mode where all the LED zones are on? Sure the black wouldn't be totally black but QLED just doesn't seem to work with certain type of content. Shouldn't Samsung allow consumers the right to choose the picture mode? Having some greyish blacks would be much much better than having a 3000 euro TV that shows nothing in dark scenes.
