I have recently moved from South West England to North Wales and haven't been able to connect via an area for Freview only operation.  Is there something I need to change region wise on the TV?  I have not been able to find anything on the help screens .  The model is QE55Q67RAT.  Please bear in mind Im in my late 70's and not tech minded!!

Do a factory reset so you get the full install procedure again, then you should be able to enter the new area postcode.
