Others control my TV

Hello

I have notice that other (likey with a samsung tv) control my tv. out of the blue does  it go MUTE, change channel, voice control, and other things. Is there something I can do to stop it????

Samsung TV Remote
And see if that helps

You could also try Turning the TV arround so they cannot use the censor on your Tv

Hi @MikeCM Do you have Device connection Mansger set up?  Go to General- External Device Manager-Device Connection Manager. In Access Notification options for off, First Time Only and Always On.  When always  selected should be notified when device ries to access and you need to grant permission (of course it could be the customer's own Device)
