I have 55NU8000 and a Virgin Media cable box. Everything previously worked perfectly fine with the One Remote controlling the Virgin Media box.
I had to unplug the HDMI cable as I was rerouting my cables. But now, the TV is unable to determine that it's a Virgin media box that's connected. When I manually attempt to set the controller up, the TV says "There was an error while downloading, please select Try Again".
"Try again" did nothing. My internet connection is perfectly fine with no other issues on any apps within the TV so I think this feature is broken on the TV.
