My 43" Qled TV has developed a horizontal line after less than 24 hours! The TV has fully failed the picture test. Through the website I have booked an engineer, but obviously there shouldn't be a fault after such a short period. Can I just get a replacement unit instead?

Thanks both for your responses. The TV was bought directly through Samsung and I've found the support a bit difficult to navigate hence the question on here. I've been advised by the online chat service to email support which I have now done. Hopefully they can replace it for me.
