One Connect mini endless software reset loop

Hi Model UE55JS8500T 2015 Vintage.

I have no issues until the cable from my one connect mini fell out when I was moving the set.

Now whenever I try to connect the One Connect Mini the Tv launches into a blue screen saying "Updating TV software Don't turn off the TV or disconnect the power cable until the update finishes etc etc".  I leave it . It resets and then the process starts again, and again, and again....

The software is updated. I have tried a factory reset etc etc. I have seen several on line posts of similar issues. I now can't connect any accessory to the TV that is rather disappointing ? 

The one connect mini serial is 150822S1/ B6FP/8066

Any input suggestions gratefully received

I know this may sound stupid, but maybe unplug it, give it a minute or so, then plug it back in.

Be sure to Unplug it by the actual Plug.

Same Problem here. TV works finde until i conect the hdmi mini.

Is there a way to try another HDMI slot?

I had a same problem. Looks like I damaged the one connect mini cabel when I tried to move my TV. Ordered the new cabel on amazon and it strated working.
