I have a Samsung qn75q7famfxza TV with One Connect. When I turn on the TV, I get the image shown. I suspect, it is the One Connect cable and/or box. Am I correct? The TV is from late 2017, since this is out of warranty, will Samsung still have the parts? If not, does anyone know what I need and where I may find? Thanks!

What software version is your TV on? You can find the information in Menu > Support > Contact Samsung. Also, where did you purchase the TV from, and where are you currently based?
