@fixyourdns: Is the issue present on all channels and sources? If you are viewing programmes through an external device such as a set top box or Firestick, please disconnect the device(s), as this will help to determine if the problem is native to the TV itself.
As the lights seems to differ in size/shape in the images you have provided, please provide a picture that shows the full screen, and make sure to take it in normal, ambient light conditions, so I can get a better understanding of the problem you're facing. Please can you also face the set when you take the photo to reduce the possibility of reflections.

I'm having trouble making out the fault you have reported, but to further troubleshoot the issue, please head to Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test, and check to see if it is visible in the sample image. If it is, I recommend getting in touch with Samsung Support in your region to arrange for an engineer to inspect the TV. I'm not sure if you're based in the US or Canada, so I have included links to both teams below.
