NowTV App Issues

I have downloaded the NowTV app to my Neo QLED. Unfortunately, the app rarely opens first time, where I am presented with a blank screen when I select the app from the app list. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app constantly. Is there a solution to this? Thanks all.

Hi @DiscoRed. Is this the only app you're having this issue with? Do you get any error messages when trying to open the app, or when it eventually opens? Please send us the model number of your TV. You can find this on the back of the TV.

Hi. Thanks for responding. Model number is QE55QN85CAT. This is the only app I have trouble with

Thank you for providing your model number. As this is the only app you're having this issue with, it does suggest that it's an app issue rather than an issue with the TV. However, there are a few steps that you can try to see if it helps.

  • Update your TV. Press the Home button on the remote > Settings > Support > Software update > Update now.
  • Reset the Smart Hub. This will reset all settings to their factory defaults and delete all information related to Samsung accounts, etc. Press the Home button on the remote > Settings > Support > Device care > Self Diagnosis > Reset Smart Hub.
