Just brought LS27AM500NUXEN it says Now TV requires a firmware update, which I have done but still not working. Any known issues before I return it?

There is currently a known issue with the NowTV app on your particular Monitor. This is currently being investigated, and we hope to have a fix soon in the form of a software update. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
