Now TV app on Samsung Q70 series tv

I have downloaded the NOW TV app on my Samsung Q70 series tv but I get an error message when I sign in.

I also want to download the RTÉ Player app and Virgin Media Player app, for Ireland but neither are showing when I search Apps.

Hey there. Where did you buy the TV ?

It might be the fact that your TV is set for different region. If that's the case, you need to change it back to UK / Ireland region.
