NOW tv app on KU6400 not working

Really hope someone can help!? All of a sudden our now tv app won't work. We can get into the app and select something to watch, but it won't load and shows an error message "sorry, there was an error in the player". We've tried everything, rebooted, system reset etc etc etc, nothing works. 

We have the Samsung KU6400 series tv, it's also a bit temprimental with amazon prime sometimes too!? The tv is up to date with software update too. Can anyone please help!? No idea what to do and can't get support from Samsung due to COVID-19. Thanks in advance

How has this problem happened?! I have some 5 year old Bluetooth headphones I used to use with TV no problem. 

 

Now I have AirPods, the latest and greatest technology - and I can't change volume on my tv with them connected?! 

PLEASE FIX!

I have the same issue. It plays a trailer and then I get the error message. 

To save money whilst this glitch is going on, you can go to NowTV, accounts and passes and cancel your pass. NowTV will offer it you for like £2.50 for 3 months.
