Notification pops up

Hi all, first time posting. I have a Samsung TV and after it being in standby mode for more than 15 minutes, when it's turned back on i get this message.

No Service

Film4+1 does not exist. Would you like to remove it?

If I select yes, it comes up again with a different chanel. If I select no, the message goes away until the next time the TV is put on standby for 15 minutes or more.

Can anyone advise on how to stop this for good?

I know it sounds obvious, but as you don't say
Have you tried retuning the channels?
I know some have recently been changed. I had to retuning mine.

I have done once but it can't hurt to try again. I'll let you know how it goes. Cheers
