I paid for a TV and delivery was supposed to have been yesterday, when I checked Panther (their delivery company) it stated 'delivery failed, in quarantine' I called Panther and they said Samsung had sent incorrect weight & dimensions and had it marked as a 1 person delivery instead of 2. Panther suggested i call Samsung. I did and Samsung tried to tell me that I should contact Panther to sort. I refused as i Said it is a Samsung issue and hopefully waiting to be called back - when i pushed on time they said today to which I said not good enough and they then said 6pm so I will wait
Awful service and would have expected a call
could be some delays...
but for sure, you may ask for refund of delivery fee, since it was not delivered on time
