NO video on tv when connected to PC

Hello,

I have a SAMSUNG 43AU8072 smart Tv. My problem is, when I connect my laptop to the tv, and I want to start a video from my laptop's browser, there is no image on the tv ONLY the sound works. For example this is the page, where I tried to start a video: https://www.mindigtvgo.hu/ and I don't have any image displayed. But I also I tried to start a movie from https://hbogo.ro/ , and the same problem occurred. NO image on the tv, ONLY sound. 

But if I play a youtube video from PC it works fine, or if I start a video file from my laptop it works perfectly as well. Does anyone know what could be the problem? It seams the problem only occurres with some webpages. 

Does anyone have any ideea what could be the problem? Is it a codec problem?

Some sites and apps don't allow streaming, it could be as simple as that. Over in the UK for example I can view Sky TV on my phone or PC but cannot stream to my TV.

Thanks for the answer. Yeah, you are right, probably that is the problem. It is interesting, though, if I connect my pc to the tv with an hdmi cable, then it works fine.

I can't even get that with Sky but this does rule out a codec problem, I guess.
