Hello everyone,

I've got a Samsung TV of the Model UE55H6270SS and Type No. UE55H6270. I am connecting my Laptop via an HDMI cable to it. On pages like Disney+ and the German TV website prosieben.de videos stop playing and it says that one of my devices is not supported. It seems like it has something to do with HDCP, if that makes any sense. However, with Netflix this does not occur.

I'm really not an expert here. Is there anything I can do?

Thank you,

Titschge

Finally, after trying out a couple of more things it seems to have been the HDMI adapter that I was using did not go so well in combination with DisneyPlus and such. The solution was using another HDMI adapter. I cannot say which ones work and which ones do not, but one might want to try another adapter if experiencing the same issue.
