no subtitles on Samsung tv on prime

so when l watch prime on my smart tv tv  l cannot get subtitles on but they are when watching on lap top.

tv set up says they are not available.

prime dont really have subtitles on any tv, I have LG tv and Samsung tv both dont have subtitles on prime
