no subtitles on ITV Hub

I have a relatively new smart Samsung TV (model UE40MU6100k) and cannot get subtitles when using the ITV Hub. It works OK with the BBC's IPlayer.

I also have the same problem ... subtitles work on itv hub on my iPhone or iPad but not on my tv!   Must be a fault with Samsung.  Been like this for well over a year now ...

 Same here. I have a 5 year old Samsung Smart TV and I cannot get subtitles up on ITV Hub. I’ve no idea how to resolve this. I spoke to the Technical team but they didn’t know either!

I also have a Samsung smart new TV got intouch with itv hub they keep telling me to click on the s button it work for a time now I have lost it no subtitles again on itv hub I have been trying for a week very frustrating still no luck can anyone help.

I've got the same problem, I can see that subtitles are available on htvx, I can't find out how to turn it on, the advice on line is just useless
