Hi I've got a Samsung ps50b451b2w, I have picture from the Firestick but no sound. It's not the Firestick as it works in another tv and I've tried all the trouble shooting ideas. Am I missing something here as it's driving me crazy. Thanks

If you're experiencing audio issues while using Tubi on your Fire TV or Fire Stick, please try the following troubleshooting steps.

Check TV volume
We know, this one seems obvious, but just in case -- make sure the volume on your TV is not at the lowest setting or muted.

Check cable connections
Make sure your HDMI/optical connectors are plugged in.
Check for any breakage/fraying in the cable.
Reverse the ends of the cable or try using a different HDMI cable.
Restart the app
From the Fire TV home page, select Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications.
Find and select the Tubi app.
Select Force Close.
Launch the Tubi app again.
Update your software
Having the latest operating system on your device ensures you're getting the optimal experience from the Tubi app.

From the Fire TV home page, go to Settings > System > About.
Select Software Version > Check for System Update.
Check the Audio setting on your Amazon Fire TV or Fire Stick
If you're still experiencing audio issues, try turning off Dolby Digital Plus:

On your Amazon Fire TV or Fire Stick, go to Settings > Display & Sounds > Audio > Dolby Digital Output and then turn Dolby Digital Plus OFF.

Delete and reinstall the Tubi app
From the Fire TV home page, select Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications.
Find and select the Tubi app.
Select Uninstall.
Go to Apps and reinstall the Tubi app.
