Hi have a new Samsung TV Q50a . I have signed up for Now Tv entertainment and cinema . The search function on the TV will not get any results for NOW TV Chanel or it’s programmes. So when I search for NOW TV I get no result or if a search for a specific programme that I know is available on the NOW app if gives me no results , but it will give results for all the other apps e.g Prime Video . This is rendering the search facility pretty much useless . Can anyone advise on a solution ? I can’t find anyone with a similar problem online .
You could always buy an amazon fire 4k stick , it's 100x better than having apps on the actual TV, fire stick has thousands of apps with some brilliant contents, since I bought it, apps on my TV are obsolete I just use the fire stick
