What's the current software version of your TV? Go to Home > Settings > Support > About This TV. Are you trying to connect over WiFi or via an Ethernet connection, or both?

it keeps on dropping signal and after restarting the TV it is connecting for 15 minutes and again there is no access to the internet

It does show that your software is up to date. Let's try a Smart Hub Reset. Go to Home > Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset Smart Hub.

hi sorry for a late reply. I did reset smart hub but it didn't work 😒 still losing connection. It happen sometimes after 15 minutes sometimes after 30 minutes. Router is standing in the same place and really don't know why it's happening 🤷🏻‍♀️
