What's the current software version of your TV? Go to Home > Settings > Support > About This TV. Are you trying to connect over WiFi or via an Ethernet connection, or both?

TVIt does show that your software is up to date. Let's try a Smart Hub Reset. Go to Home > Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset Smart Hub.
