Just bought a samsung UHD 7 series UE43RU7100K and the xbox wont allow 4k mode as it says the tv doesn't support it? And the is no HDR+ mode in the settings even tho the tv is said to be 4k. Anyone have any ideas?

Hi @Ckj119. Just been looking at the specs of this TV and it supports 4K, HDR10+. You may need to tweak some settings on your Xbox One S for this, though I'm not sure if anything other than the Blu-ray films support 4K (you may need to contact Microsoft for clarification).

Hi @Ckj119  as @CarlH  has indicated it is advisable  to check  settings on XBox One S

However the One S cannot display games  in native 4k but can  upscale games.   It does support 4k for streaming and   Blu Ray Discs.
