no connection to BBC iPlayer on UE40MU6100

Had the TV for about 3 months but never able to view BBC iPlayer. When accessing the APP a mesage comes up " Something went wrong loading the programme"

Any ideas how to resolve? I can access the iPlayer on my samsung smart phone when watching TV!

Hi,

I have this problem too on my MU6500.

There is a page on iPlayer that lists all Samsung TVs that have been certified... There are currently no 2017 models listed! 

Have you tried BBC News and Sport Apps, mine don't work-related and how about My5?

Hope we get a fix soon.

Just wondering if you can watch iPlayer programmes yet. Still no joy  with my TV.

I am told that all 2017 (MU) TVs have been approved by the BBC for iPlayer, but mine doesn't allow me to log in so I am not sure if that is true.

Does anyone with a 2017 TV watch iPlayer programmes without the use of a FireTV or NowTV or AppleTV...
