No ambient mode and camera issues

I have some issues with my new 2022 QLED tv  (55q67)

Ambient mode is hidden.

(Everything else works)

Moreover , the camera failed to connect.

Everything is connected to the same router at 5ghz (orbi). UPnP is activated.

Any help ?
