No 4K Disney+!app

Prior to the Covid 19 restrictions I was able to view 4K and HDR content through the inbuilt Disney+ app on my KS7000.

However the app now only shows 'HD', has anyone else experience the same? 
it's not a bandwidth issue as I'm receiving Disney+ in 4K via other devices.

A lot of services limited their quality options because of increased usage during COVID-19. Relieves pressure on certain ISPs.

Yes I am aware of this, however the majority of those restrictions have been lifted as many other Samsung users are not experiencing this issue.

My Samsung "smart" TV still doesn't even have a basic Disney+ app...
