It turns on it self and it gets out of focus
i had 4 visits from samsung engineer but no solution given. They just waste my time.
They know that there is well known problems with one connect box but every engineer will give different explanations. I am fed up of this. Customer service of samsung is very unhelpful.
this was my first ever purchase of a Samsung product.
No one should buy Samsung product.
