Morning all
I've got Samsung TV ue50bu8000,it recently installed new software then this morning a new formatted TV guide has appeared but on this version I cannot go through the guide and set reminders ,I click on a program for a reminder it just goes back to the tv I've unplugged the tv for 5 minutes but this hasn't rectified the problem.has anyone else encountered this problem and found a solution,I'm only a newbie to smart TV and 70+ year old
