New Samsung TV ue43tu7100k wont find terrestrial channels

Hi just bought the above TV for my parents and it us only finding Samsung Plus TV channels. Its nit finding any normal channels.  Can anyone help?

We have gone to scan option and have it as Terrestrial and Digital but no joy. There are no options anywhere for 'aerial ' .....other forum suggestions. 

The aerial is fully in and the tv was a straight switch from a Sony TV.
