Hi there,
Looking for some advice on distorted sound I am getting from the brand new Samsung Q85T 4K and is across all channels and apps. It sounds like a bit of hissing or someone with a lisp and is a bit annoying. I have tried all the diagnostics but to no avail. I'm not too sure if it is anything to to with my virgin cable tv which I connected as the sounds for the Samsung apps have deteriorated and is the same as my terrestial tv channels. I think this may have happened since I connected the cable tv box.
I was wondering of anybody out there has experienced similar issues and how did you resolve it. I;d be grateful for any help.
