New Q60 75” pixelates screen

My new TV randomly glitches out and pixalates the screen on YouTube & TV.

This must mean that it's NOT a cable issue as it happens on a app on the TV?

 

what I suspect it is that the processor overheats and can't display all the pixels? 
not sure how to proceed any advice would be greatly appreciated.C6F2EBDE-71CA-4C15-AB90-1FD418DB8FB7.png

@Oskar3: Does this issue occur on all sources? Here's a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue.
1. Unplug the TV from the wall socket for 30 seconds, then plug it back in
2. Unplug all external devices to see if the issue persists
3. Press the Menu button on the remote to see if the menu is showing similar distortion
4. Run a Picture Test: Home > Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test

1) this temporarily solves the problem but it comes back after using the tv for a period of time
2) still persists
3) will test next time this happens
4) picture test is all ok

This only occurs when I use the tv for a long time so maybe it’s a processing problem?
