AUE707100 TV SCREEN GOING BLACK ON HDR PLAYING SKY Q . Particully the Netflix,Amazon Prime,Disney plus apps on sky Q.When playing apps on smart tv they seem to work ok.Spent ages on phone to Sky who checked box which is lates box and software.Blame Samsung.This is new replacement tv and is as bad as first tv. Help Samsung. I am in my late 70s and a bit complicated .

Hi I have the same on My new 70 inch Samsung when settings are on sky for HDR .Screen goes black of and on  with Netflix ,Disney,Prime.Just like you both blamed each other.I give up NewTV and does not do what it says.

Have set Sky Q to 2160 8bit Seems to help but should be set to 10 bit.

Im 76 and things are a bit complicated for me.
