New 65 inch Neo QLED having Trouble connecting to Sky Q Box

I contacted Samsung Help ? Desk this morning about my 1 month old TV having difficulty connecting the One Connect to my Sky Q box.  I told them that from what I had read, it was a common problem but they denied it.  They stated 'We're unaware of this being a common issue.'

They later admitted 'We are aware that Sky Q had issues with Samsung TVs and that Sky has been investigating the situation for some time. However, it's not confirmed to be directly our fault. We are working with Sky to help resolve the situation.'  so they lied to me when at first denying that it was a common problem.

If the TV does not work with Sky TV then he TV is clearly not fit for purpose (at over £1000) so can we have our money back ?

I had no problem connecting my Sky Q box with the 65 inch Samsung I've just replaced.  It must be the one connect or the cable.
