Well known issue, been ongoing for a long time, Samsung still havent/cant fix it. Look on av forums, yor not on your own https://www.avforums.com/threads/samsung-2020-qled-series-tv-motion-judder-stutter-frame-rate-firmwa...

 but iam afraid you should get a refund while you can.
