AGAIN WILL I BUY A SAMSUNG TV !.
Bought Samsung 65" Crystal uhd tv . Sept 15 21
Stored safely for 2 mths for building work to complete.
Installed in place end Nov.
Used Four times for at least three hours at a time.
TV packed in Dec 3rd , no picture nothing.
Called Samsung support and two whole weeks later part came to TV repair company to fix TV
Repair guy arrived to fit new screen , tv still not working needs another part !!!
TV now shipped out of my house because I was sick looking at it and now facing the prospect of being without it until new year.
Samsung support are total amateurs and sight protocals and covid for delays .Do not care about me being without TV , will not replace it , won't give money back because they must observe protocals
I am sick if all of it , broken tv within months of ownership , almost months to almost fix it , I have no TV and Samsung DO NOT CARE !
HEED MY ADVICE . DO NOT BUY A SAMDUNG TV ! Yes the spelling mistake is on purpose.
