Hi any idea why Netflix or YouTube apps won't work on Samsung Q55 TV worked OK couple days ago thanks

@andrew71: Please can you confirm the full model number of the TV, located on the sticker on the back of the device, or in Settings > Support > About This TV? What happens when you attempt to open the apps? Do you get any error messages? As a basic troubleshooting step, try unplugging your router at the wall for around 30 seconds, then plug it back in and allow time for the reset process to complete. Following this step, try opening YouTube and Netflix on the TV once again. Let me know if this helps. ^AL

That has happened that me several times, so I use the firestick as back up just in case.

I hardly use the Samsung Netflix and Disney apps anymore. I use the firstick, if you have one great.

All other apps on the TV work perfectly its just when you try use Netflix you get a message saying Netflix loading that's lasts milliseconds and same with YouTube
