I have an 8 series 55 bought in 2019 and I have connected my Denon 1612 av amplifier through hdmi (arc). Everything was fine (I could listen through my home cinema speakers any source the tv played) until yesterday, when suddenly sound from Netflix makes weird noises. Everything else works fine.
I switched audio from Netflix to non-5.1 but didn't work.
I switched audio format from AV to pcm but didn't work. Still showing dd+.
I can't choose to change audio format from tv audio settings because Dolby digital + is greyed.
any ideas?
