Hello,

Exactly a couple of days ago I bought a new Smart TV, and since from the first configuration accessing Netflix has been impossible: whenever I try to select the service, the loading wheel is visible but nothing happens and the screens stays where and how it was before; the app has been updated and reinstalled multiple times (deleting it is not possible) but in vain; the SmartHub has been reset to the initial default settings; the tv was unplugged from the electricity for several minutes. All in vain. Netflix doesn’t start.

The mentioned TV is a 55” QLED 4K QE55Q80A.

How do I access Netflix? Should I contact Netflix’s support or Samsung’s?

Esattamente un paio di giorni fa ho comprato una nuova Smart TV, e fin dalla prima accensione è stato impossibile accedere a Netflix: quando provo ad andare sul servizio, si vede la rotellina del caricamento ma poi non succede niente e lo schermo rimane come e dove era prima; l’applicazione è aggiornata ed è stata reinstallata più volte (non è possibile eliminarla) ma invano; il software della tv è aggiornato; lo SmartHub è stato resettato alle impostazioni di fabbrica; la tv è stata staccata dalla corrente per vari minuti. Tutto invano. Netflix non si avvia.

La TV in questione è una QLED 4K QE55Q80A da 55”.

Come accedo a Netflix? Devo contattare l’assistenza di Netflix o quella di Samsung?

It is connected (Disney+, Prime Video and everything else works fine).

Contact them both samsung and netflix too. I've got q60 and no problems at all. However loading screen on netflix happens when Internet is slow or there is no Internet and that's why I replied with connection before.
