Netflix app stopped working

I have an old Samsung UE40H6700 and a few days back the Netflix app stopped working.

It opens and I see the Netflix logo but it never makes it as far as the users page.

It also seems to lock the TV up in that the back/exit buttons don't work and i have to turn the TV off and on to get back to watching something.

I have followed all the stages recommended on the website, including the most severe Reset the Smart Hub but alas the problem remains.

Other streaming apps are working fine.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Any suggestions to fix?

Hi @Strongarm ,

 

let's try to get this sorted. Can you please tell us what software version is your Tv currently running on? You can check this from the TV Settings> Support> About this TV or Contact Samsung.
