I have neo qled qa95a connected to sky q. The picture is not clear even if I watch hd channel. The picture is very clear when I watch Netflix via the app. I did the test on device care and everything passed. I don’t know what is wrong why sky q is not clear. Has anyone know how to fix this?
Ive been having the same problem since buying the tv. Spoke to both Sky and Samsung they both blamed the other. Samsung saying it was a issue with the 10bit setting on the sky box and Sky saying the neo had serious issues. So its the usual once you buy the product its customer (i dont) care. Ive tried every possible combination of setting but still cant find one
