I've got my second 8k neo qled I had the 2021 qn800 which died in 2023 John Lewis tried to fob me off with a 4k alternative because they couldn't fix it and that went against the insurance policy of an equivalent swap so I threatened them with a letter from my solicitor and they gave me the value back to buy a new TV. I bought the 2023 qn800 in October and the screen has already died on me only three months later. John Lewis want to send someone to repair it but I said I should be entitled to a new TV, a £4000 TV breaking 3 months after purchase is not ok. I'm begining to see a lot of these 8k TVs are faulty.
