Hello,
I’ve just bought this QE75QN700B model and set it up yesterday.
After turning it on, it started working well but after an hour of watching a movie, the screen started getting jammed and the TV started rebooting. This kept happening, so I had to stop watching the movie and turned off the TV. Tried in the morning all the same, so I unplugged the TV.
See the photos , after these jammed screens the TV rebooted everytime.
Also, I realized that the One Connect Box was overheating with smelling of burnt plastic.
Additionally, the TV is (sometimes, not always) responding late to remote control commands. An example video is below.
Any ideas why this could be happening? This happened in the first use. Do you think it’s a production error?
One Connect box is seperate on the floor, without anything around it in 10cm proximity.
