Need help with white patch in TV screen - UE49NU7300K

I'm seeing this extra bright white patch on my screen. This doesn't seem like a dead pixel as it's still generating colours, but it's very bright and distracting.

Is there any fix for that?

That video doesn't play when I click the link. Hopefully you have a repair contract so you can have a technician look at it. If you don't have a repair contract you should have a technician looking in anyway because who knows, maybe whatever it is is going to spread.
